Returns
We do not accept returns on any books purchased from Kitab Show.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You receive the wrong book due to our error.
- The book has a manufacturing or printing defect (misprint).
No exchanges will be provided for reasons such as ordering the wrong book, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product.
Misprinted Books
If a book contains a minor printing defect or misprint, Kitab Show may provide a PDF copy of the misprint pages instead of a physical replacement, where applicable.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Return the item in its original packaging.
- Include the original invoice or purchase receipt.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery or items returned without their original packaging and invoice will not qualify for an exchange.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests are subject to verification by our support team.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to our mistake or a defective product.
