6. Return, Refund & Exchange

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Exchanges are only available if:

    • You receive the wrong book due to our error.

    • The book is damaged upon delivery.

    • The book has a manufacturing or printing defect (misprint).

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice or receipt.
