Shipping policy

At Kitab Show, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days only (Monday to Friday).

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In the event of government-declared public holidays or local holidays, order processing and dispatch will resume once business operations restart.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Lahore: Delivery within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

  • Other Cities & Provinces of Pakistan: Delivery within 4–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Kitab Show is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the shipment is returned due to an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged book,

  • The wrong book, or

  • An item with a manufacturing or printing defect,

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided (where available) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
